What is psychometric testing?
We work with a variety of Psychometric Tools to assist in the development of corporate culture, team building and recruitment.
The aim of psychometric testing is to gain an accurate bearing of the individuals cognitive abilities and personality/behavioural style. This allows for a very accurate bespoke coaching program to be developed that is tailored as specifically as possible to help the particular individual in question in various situations.
